I am surprised that you are surprised by this. You have done your share of mudslinging, and now you are offended that others are attacking you? You bring it on. I had a friend who loved to argue about anything. Enjoyed doing it. I seek to understand as much as possible. There is agree/disagree. That can be productive. But not attack/defend mode. That mode never has a good outcome. I dropped this person as a friend years ago. He grated on the nerves. To me it is negativity.

I had this whole diatribe written out out about success and failure and kids and what is really important in life, but as hard as I tried I make it not sound petty, it did. I think any rebuttal to that statement probably would have.
