Az could really use the wide body in the paint. Cats don't look as big next year.

Yeesh, seems like he is too slight to be the interior defensive presence we need. Does he block shots at least?
I sure hope Tarc returns or next year's team is going to be in trouble in the post.

I've seen him over 200 pounds on a few websites so there is that. Hopefully his folks have the funds to find him a professional trainer and nutritionist now that his high school season is over so he can get a head start before he steps on campus here. He will get pushed around down low his freshman year regardless and will take a few years to fill out.

Thorne now says he's only considering 3 (Pitt/Illinois/Kansas)
Allonzo Trier is looking like a really natural shooter/scorer in the McD's game. Nice stroke from 3 and strong to the rim.

97 has been saying "no chance" for months. Pretty sure Zimm is either going to UK, UNLV, or UCLA.

Any plans to replace Rondae and or Stanley? Don't we need another 6'7" guy?

Well I'm assuming 97 thought Rabb was going to be a cat when that was first said! People also said brown and Swanigan were never going to cal and now it's more then likely going to happen! So why can't things change for zimmer. I don't he will end up a cat but things change in life!

So Kansas or UCLA huh? Not his hometown Nike school, or Nike UK or Nike Zona! AAU is ruining the game

Recruits taking wait-and-choose approach
10 hours ago • By Bruce Pascoe
If he does, he’ll be doing so against the wishes of Trier, the Seattle guard who has grown closer to the Oakland big man.
“We’ve been talking a lot,” Rabb said. “Our relationship has gotten a lot stronger. He’s definitely trying to recruit me to Arizona.”
Trier said he only does so a little bit.
“I try not to press him too much,” Trier said. “I just try to be there and be good friends with him.”
Trier, Smith, Simon and Chance need to be our biggest recruiters!

Does Allen have 1 or 2 years of eligibility? I think 2 since he came out of a JC, right?

Who will start next year?
PJC, Gabe York, Kadeem Allen, Dusan, Tarc (if he comes back)?

The transfer from BC will start at the 4 and we will need him to be good. I think Simon will get a lot of minutes because he is probably the best defender from those freshman.
Dusan will start if Tarc is not here but will back up if he comes back. I think York starts but splits time with Trier. Hotter game gets more minutes

Ryan Andersen at the 4. Don't know much about him. No videos.

The pool of bigs available to replace Tarc/Ashley should they leave is shrinking. I hope Miller is pulling out all of the stops to convince Ashley/Tarc to come back for their senior year. I'm not that confident at this point that any of the HS bigs left (Zimmerman/Rabb) will end up in Tucson regardless of who turns pro.

Another transfer with AZ on his list. No idea if the interest is reciprocal.
What's better..1 and dones, or 4 year players? Just wondering.

I thought I heard that Wisconsin had not had any points scored by a freshman all season, but I may have misheard that.

Wisconsin has 3 freshmen who have combined for 17 points with 2 others who haven't seen the court.

That's remarkable. Give credit to Ryan.

The best seniors continue to rise to the top. You'd think more college players would take note, but impatience often takes over--with the NCAA, with not making money, with a lot of things.
I do not like him, but aside from Sam Dekker, Frank Kaminsky is Exhibit A this season of the power of being a four-year player.

Dekker is a Junior, but I get your point.

Fixed. So the Badgers get him back next season? Yikes.
