In my opinion, you have to bring in a former Cat to be the new assistant coach. Reggie would make sure this team played defense.

Recruit players who are capable of playing defense on the perimeter. We had 3 perimeter guys starting who weren't quite frankly.

If Miller is all in on this rebuilding job... a fresh start if you will... he will bring in his own people, maybe from his X days, etc... and change everything up.

On the plus, this is a great time to really start his program over new.

However, just don't know if his energy is there to undertake this. He has more than enough $ to retire right now, plus there's always assistant job somewhere in the NBA. Don't see him taking another college job, at least for 5 years...

He has Mater Dei connections obviously, but don't know about the rest. I'd be up for it if we didn't have two very green assistants on staff. We need a head man type like Phelps or Pasternack. Tim Miles once Nebraska let's him go is my guy.

Would be all in for that. They have a Juco combo guard commit that I'd be interested in as well...

Wasn't Geary COY in the NBDL or Japanese league?
