Leon is a 5-8, 195, redshirt Sophomore running back from Goodyear, AZ. A walk-on who played in every game last year primarily on special teams. Leon did see action at running back last year rushing 4 times against both Stanford and USC. He gained 38 yards on his 8 carries averaging 4.8 yards a run. Leon has the coaches trust, but will have a tough time getting carries this year if everyone stays healthy. He will likely be a regular on special teams.
