Oglesby is in his first year as Arizona's offensive line coach and run game coordinator. For the last 4 years he was the offensive line coach at San Jose State. Oglesby was nominated for the Broyles Award last year for his work in making SJSU's offensive line one of the top units in the conference.

Oglesby played offensive line at Wisconsin where he was All-Big10 first team and graduated in 2011. He worked his way up the coaching ladder as a graduate assistant and quality control coach before landing his first college football on-field position with SJSU in 2020 coaching the offensive line.

Last year Arizona had 74 tackles for a loss for 363 yards.

I really like this guy. Can’t think of another position coach where you must have a guy who can coach them up and recruit very well. This guy fits that description it seems

The players love the guy.

Plus he’s huge. I heard one of the OL’s dad say that the first thing his kid said was he’s bigger than all of us.

Lot of good guys to root for on this staff.
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?
