Bear Down Wildcats

Ladies and gentleman. Welcome to week 7 of the 2014 Bear Down Wildcats Survival Pool.

Rules:

1) Pick 1 FBS team per week.
2) Select teams from games that week (per NCAA schedule).
3) That team must be UNDEFEATED.
4) Once you pick a team, you can't pick them again.
5) You must post your pick before your selection kicks off.
6) Miss a pick either by your pick losing, picking a team not playing, or failing to post a pick you're out.
7) The pick must be in the thread for that week.
8) Use a hottie picture to make your pick. (optional)

Any disputes will be solved by a vote of the posters still alive.

I had the opportunity to pick Arizona previously and didn't so I'm sticking with that. Not a question of do I or don't I - it's a question of I haven't and will continue not to pick them. I don't want to screw anything up. (It's only weird when it doesn't work.)

Notre Dame is a 16.5 point favorite, UA is a 3 point underdog.

Following week ND is playing @FSU. UA has a bye week, so will probably go with FSU next week, then if UA beats USC pick UA over WSU the following week.

Despite what the oddsmakers say, I actually think Arizona has a better chance of beating U$C at home than Wazzu with their QB on the road.

Merkin, I know where you're coming from. I've been watching the Cat's since 1980 (high school) and I've always waited for the other shoe to drop. It's always "Here it comes, protect your anus.". However, I have this sense that these kids are different. They've that 'thing' going for them. That attitude of them against the world.

I hate this pick ....... but saving the Wildcats for later.

Be seeing that " these kids are different" a lot, but after getting burned so many times over the last 33 years I just can't get my hopes up any more. But I will still be watching from start to finish, and rooting the entire time.

Didn't she used to work for Goazcats when it still had quality staff as a reporter? I seem to recall her interview with EMFM which was actually really good.

Yep. Kara Bauman. Used to be on the volleyball team as well.

Her interview with Money Mike Thomas was great.
