Bear Down Wildcats

Wood is a 6-5, 251, Sophomore tight end from Scottsdale, AZ. He played in all 14 games last year on special teams and as a reserve defensive lineman. This year he has moved backed to his natural position of tight end and will be competing with Josh Kern for the starting spot. He had 2 catches for 28 yards and 1 TD in the spring game and along with Kern helped demonstrate that Coach Rod is really serious about using his tight ends this year.



88 is also the number of kickoffs from Casey Skowron last year with 48 going for touchbacks and 1 going out of bounds.

We need some big Seam runners to keep those safeties from rolling outside. I really hope we see our TE get a lot of balls this year
