Dicochea is a 5'10", 217, redshirt Freshman safety from Cinega HS, Tucson. A local walk-on, Dicochea had 81 tackles as a senior in high school, but he really made his impact on offense. He was an all-state running back and ran for 1582 yards and 21 TDs. Hudl video.
