Green is a 5'10", 227, redshirt Junior running back from Miami, FL. In the last 2 years he has had 14 carries for 62 yards playing primarily when the game has already been decided. Almost half his career rushing total came against NAU last year when he rushed 5 times for 34 yards. Green is 20 lbs heavier than any other back on the roster and you would think he could find a role in goal line situations, but he has never risen above 3rd on the depth chart. Coach Rod has criticized Green specifically at the start of every camp for being out of shape, so it will be an improvement for Green if he shows up in Coach Rod shape.

He's in shape. He's been running very well. This is a make or break year for him and he knows it.
