18 Brandon Rutt

Rutt is a 6'1", 215, redshirt Sophomore linebacker from Gilbert, AZ. He played in 12 games last year on special teams and as a reserve linebacker. He had 8 tackles on the season and led the team with six tackles in kickoff coverage. If you are a walk-on one sure way to earn the coaches' trust and get playing time is to lead the team in tackles on special teams. I didn't notice Rutt last year, but I will be watching for him this year.
