Good God, talk about disrespect.

Just watched ESPN'S Pac 12 preview. They didn't even bother to cover us, ASSU, Oregon State, or Colorado. Nor were we picked by either commentator to finish in the top 5.

Not where I hoped we'd be by RR year 5.

well the cluster fuck of injuries last year and the reliance upon a defense where the staff didn't believe in social media and modern recruiting for their first 4 years definitely didn't set us up for a win big situation.

I love it! Go take a look at where they rank us regarding running backs. I have yet to find any national print on our backs other than Wilson & Orlando. I would assume Ted followed a little HS ball this past season and not one fucking mention off JJ Taylor? The kid will be a household name before we know it.

God bless our local writers that all know (- Hansen) we have a new weapon ready to show the world where this program is headed!

Really hoping our guys have a rather large chip on their shoulders.

Came here to post the same thing. ESPN is dead to me, has been for years.

Was it the last 48 hours of Alabama football on ESPNU?

Wait, I thought it was because we didn't have an indoor practice facility? :)

Finally you agree with me!

Its Year 5, as Rich Rod would say Win Big year and we have about a 5-10% chance to have a winning conference record this year...pretty sad.

Whats also sad is for the 5th year in a row I heard Rich Rod say we lack depth along the offensive and defensive lines.

I think we have gone:
- lose close
- win close
- win big
- lose close
- ???

Maybe we are due for that lose big season we never had..

Ummm...we've already had a big year under Rich Rod. !0 wins. BCS Bowl South Division Champions yadda yadda yadda. What have you done for me lately right? anyway, hopefully the team stays healthy this year and we can win a couple of the close ones we lost last year. Staying healthy will be the key

FWIW...I think we're vastly underrated, and should show that against BYU.

I've no worries about the offense whatsoever, except for maybe the center's ability to get the ball to Anu safely. Even so, I'd like to think Bundage's issues last year were an anomaly - a Chuck Knoblauch-esque case of the yips. Never seen anything like that before.

Sucks, however, to feel like the defense is still at ground zero in year five. That nothing has been built or gained in recruiting. Nonetheless, I'm confident that Yates and the new defensive staff will show marked improvement and instill a greater degree of confidence in short order . . .

Ian Baker Finch also comes to mind as he often would be playing on Sunday's during his prime and *boom* he can't get off the tee?

Strange stuff....

We haven't had that win big year yet. We've won a lot of games once, but those weren't win bigs.

Last year didn't exactly build buzz.
