Denson is a 5'11", 187, Junior receiver from Tucson. He played in every game last year at cornerback with 5 starts after having 2 starts as a true Freshman in 12 games. Last year he tied for the team lead with 3 interceptions to go along with 39 tackles and 1 sack. Denson finished the year strong with interceptions against both ASSu and New Mexico.
He made the long awaited switch to receiver during spring ball where the hope is to take advantage of his big play ability. Denson is listed on the first depth chart as a #2 slot receiver, but he should see plenty of playing time.
