Pollack is a 5-10, 184, redshirt Junior kicker from Highland Park, IL. For most of last year Pollack was the primary kicker and punter until the coaches tried to take a little load off toward the end of the season. He was 9 for 14 on field goals with all of his misses coming outside of 40 yards and a long of 46 yards. Pollack was 36 for 36 on extra points. He had 48 punts averaging 42.2 yards with a long of 67. If that wasn't enough, Pollack also kicked off 24 times with 5 touchbacks.

Pollack should once again be the field goal kicker, but looks like he has some relief coming in to help him with punting and kick off duties. Because of his big leg, Cameron Braaten is likely to take over kickoffs and it wouldn't surprise me if he gets the nod for long field goals also.

30.1 rushing yards per game is what the Desert Swarm held their opponents to in 1993 to lead the nation in defense and also set the Arizona school record.

How did they do it? According to Tedy Brushci one reason was that they were mad all the time.
