28 Nick Wilson

Wilson is a 5-10, 208, Senior running back from Fresno, CA. Potentially great back hobbled by injuries is the label that has been hung on Wilson. Yes, he played in just 5 games last year and 9 games in 2015, but don't forget he did not miss a game as a Freshman while rushing for 1,375 yards and 16 TDs. The problem is with high expectations he has been limited to 1,049 years and 11 TDs in the past 2 years. A healthy Wilson will pair with JJ Taylor to give us a dominant running game. An injured Wison will make me sad. Very, very sad.
28 is the school record for TD passes in a season shared by Anu Solomon(2014), Nick Foles (2011), and Willy Tuitama (2008). The record is not expected to be challenged this year.

Nick has a lot of heart and is a great runner. I am concerned about his durability. If he has another concussion, I hope he re-thinks this sport. I'd hate to see long-term damage.

Anybody know Nick's status? I had to watch the game late night on the dvr so I sped through and missed his exit. What happened? He's been running strong.

Watched the whole game and not even sure he actually played a snap.....early in the 1st Quarter it was reported he had an ankle injury and not long after that he was in street clothes......anyone know any more than this? Doesn’t sound good to me for WSU.

I remember the announcers saying he got hurt on Tate's TD run. Not sure if that is correct or not.

I'm just permanently on IR
