12 JB Brown

Brown is a 6-3, 244, Freshman linebacker from Long Beach Poly HS, Long Beach, CA. Two-time all-state and MaxPreps all-American as a Senior, Brown finished his career 2nd in school history for tackles while being coached by former Wildcat Antonio Pierce. Last year he had 95 tackles, 4 sacks, 2 interceptions, and 2 fumble recoveries.
We have a deep Freshman class of linebackers and several of the others have been getting more press than Brown. I have seen a couple of reports implying he might be one of the guys to play this year, but not sure if it will be at Mike or Stud. Also, Josh and JB Brown are the same player. His bio was updated recently to show his preferred name of JB.
12 is the number of interceptions Arizona QBs threw last year, while our defense only had 8. To turn into a winning team we need to start winning the turnover battle.
