Taufahema is a 6-1, 330 redshirt Junior defensive tackle. Joined the team last year as a JC transfer from College of the Canyons, but missed last season due to a knee injury. He had 52 tackles in his 2 years at College of the Canyons and was named SCFA All-Second team defense both years. Should be competing for a starting defensive tackle spot this year.
94 yards is the the longest punt return in school history set by Jackie Wallace against ucla in 1971. Our longest punt return last year was 66 yards by Shun Brown against NAU.
