Gilbert is in his first year with the Wildcats coaching the offensive line. He comes to the Wildcats after spending the last 6 years as the offensive line coach for the Indianapolis Colts. Gilbert was a 4 year starter on the offensive line for D3 Hamilton and an All-American as a Senior in 1987. He's been coaching ever since with time in high school, as an offensive coordinator, and primarily offensive lines. Gilbert was the offensive line coach for Coach Sumlin at Houston in 2008. Watch the video below and it is pretty clear Arizona has another very good offensive line coach.
