40 Thomas Reid III

Reid is a 6-2, 206, redshirt Sophomore receiver. He played in 8 games last year making 1 tackle on special teams, but no catches. A new coaching staff may be a great opportunity for Reid to work himself into the playing rotation as well as making an impact on special teams. Reid had a nice catch in the spring game and looked really good after the catch, so that could be a sign of what he can do this season.
40 is the number of first downs the Wildcats gained last year off of penalties. In contrast, they only gave up 29 first downs by committing penalties.
