Pollack is a 5-10, 184, redshirt Senior kicker/punter, but mostly kicker. He has led the team in scoring for the past 2 years as the primary kicker for field goals and extra points. In 2016 Pollack was asked to do almost everything; field goals, PATs, kick-offs, and punting. Last year he was able to focus more on field goals and PATs because Havrisik picked up the kickoff duties (along with long field goals) and nobody including Pollack could punt.

Pollack was 11 of 15 on field goals last year and 66 of 67 on PATs. He had a long of 45 yards, but was only 50% over 40 yards. Pollack will have to battle Havrisik for primary kicking duties this year to have the chance to lead the team in scoring for a third straight year.

30.1 was the average rushing yards per game allowed by the Desert Swarm defense in 1993 to lead the nation and set one of the unbreakable school records.
