25 Anthony Mariscal

Mariscal is a 5-10, 212, redshirt Junior running back. He was a spur safety for the first 2 years making 19 tackles in 8 games with 1 start in 2016 and then playing in only 1 game last year. Mariscal moved over to running back last spring and was one of the surprise players of the spring scrimmage. He had the longest run of the game showed good hands, speed, and some impressive yards after contact. The running back rotation is wide open after Taylor and Mariscal has time to earn some carries this year.
25 is the number of TD passes we gave up last year. Arizona was last in pass defense in the league. The team wasn't happy about it and neither were the fans.
