Fears is another great pickup by offensive line coach Joe Gilbert. He is big, fast, and strong. In fact, I was surprised at how quick he truly is. His quickness off the snap stands out more to me than anything else. But I can’t overlook his power and his aggression either. Right now, Gilbert has himself a phenomenal offensive line class. In fact, it’s probably the strongest I’ve seen in some time.
