37 Jaydin Young

Young is a 6-0, 182, Freshman defensive back from Centennial HS, Peoria, AZ. A very interesting preferred walk-on who was one of the top players in Arizona last year. I couldn't find an article that described what happened just that he was supposed to sign with Purdue on signing day, but ended up not signing with anyone. He played on both sides of the ball, but let's focus on defense where last year he had 61 tackles, 2 interceptions, 1 fumble recovery. Young had over 1000 all purpose yards as both a Junior and Senior playing as a RB, receiver, special teams and even QB when required. Should be a high quality walk-on and a great athlete in an area where we need depth.
