John is a 5-11, 222, Freshman running back from Lakeridge High School, Portland, OR. He rushed for over 4000 yards in highs school including 2074 as a Senior with a 8.9 ypc average and 21 TDs. He is good and should be an immediate part of the running back rotation especially with Bam Smith opting of the season.
