Bailey is a 6-3, 237, Freshman linebacker from Red Oak High School, Red Oak, Texas. Last year he had 45 tackles (3 for a loss), 1 sack, 1 interception, and 1 fumble recovery. Here is Brandon Comb's analysis from AZ Desert Swarm:
Bailey definitely took a step up from last year.

Yes, his numbers aren’t the same as his junior season, but he looks...different. In a good way though. You can just tell the game has slowed down for him.

He looks faster and looks like he’s playing faster. He has developed into more than a pass rusher. He has also become better in pass coverage, as evidenced by his interception and his quick read on a player getting open in the flat and knocking the ball down.

The last play mentioned above makes it obvious that the game is slowing down. Bailey has shown an increased ability to quickly dissect plays and react accordingly.

Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but Bailey is someone I see making an impact early.
