Morgan is a 6-0, 170, Freshman cornerback from Tyler Legacy HS, Tyler, TX. Last year he had 40 tackles, 1 interception, 27 breack-ups, and a fumble recovery. Here's Brandon Comb's analysis, AZ Desert Swarm:
Morgan is a big, long, rangy corner. He has the speed to keep up with almost any receiver down the field, and that is something that can’t be taught.

He has long arms that get in the way of a receiver’s ability to catch a pass. What’s more, he has a good habit of getting his head and eyes around to spot the ball in the air. This allows Morgan to get those long arms up and make plays on the ball.

Aside from his speed, he has really good lower body movement. He has fluid hips, giving him the ability to turn around quickly and pursue the receiver.

The fact that he racked up 27 broken up passes in 11 games is pretty eye-opening. If he is able to keep that up at Arizona, he’ll be a staple in the defensive backfield for a long time.

Must really be bad if he didn't get in on a single play on a horrible team.

But at least now it frees up a scholie.
