Bear Down Wildcats

McBride is a 6-5, 297, Freshman offensive lineman from Casteel HS, Queen Creek, AZ. McBride is a preferred walk-on, but was ranked the number 35 player in Arizona. A no brainer for us, if he becomes part of the offensive line rotation he will earn a scholarship.

Unless the rules have changed, he can't get a scholarship until his junior year. If he gets one next year, the count will go against the limit of his freshman class. Not sure if they have left over scholies are not.
