Instant Pot makes great rice along with thousand other things. Thread on it somewhere here. Jasmine brown rice is my favorite

I got rid of my rice cooker and my crock pot

I have a rice cooker, crock pot and instant pot. All good for different things. but honestly if you have none of them I'd say the instant pot is your best choice.

Those look nice. However, I was hoping not to spend that much at this time.

My B & D rice cooker is over 10 years old and is heavily used. Can't go wrong for the money and the rice comes out great.

I never realized having a rice cooker was a thing. I've always used a pot, boiled water, add rice. After looking at these I realize I've been living like a peasant when it comes to rice.

Greg, that Hamilton Beach one looks really nice.

I ended up getting the Aroma 8-cup rice cooker. I decided on a smaller one because my wife wasn't completely on board and I was able to get it for about $25. So far I've cooked only one batch and it turned out perfect.

If it turns out like I think it will I'm going to save up for one of those Instant Pots.
