9 Tony Ellison

Ellison is a 5-11, 188, redshirt Junior receiver from Granite Bay, CA. Played in every game in 2015, primarily on special teams, with 5 tackles and 1 catch against Stanford. Last year he was expected to be a bigger part of the passing game, but ended up making his biggest impact on special teams. Ellison had 3 kickoff returns for 46 yards total and made 2 tackles on kickoff coverage. He also had 2 catches for 19 yards.

Even when he was redshirting, Ellison has been mentioned every year as one of the team's best route runners and having great hands. Also, his 4.02" on the pro agility drill is the best time on the team (thanks jefe). Ellison can play all 4 receiver positions and will likely be one of the starters when the first depth chart is released. Hopefully this is the year he turns preseason potential into in-season production.

509 was the number of rushing attempts Arizona had last year leading the league in yards/game (235) and tied with Oregon for the lead in yards/attempt (5.5).

Every year in fall camp since Ellison has been here we have heard that he is a contributor and looking good. This year maybe? or maybe not.

Without a passing quarterback does it really speak poorly of a receiver to not have a breakout season? He does contribute consistently on special teams.

That would be on RR and his recruiting as well as player development in the passing game. Special teams has been a freaking disaster.

RichRod? WTF has Rod Smith produced since he's been here? He is the QB coach, not RichRod. He's produced nada, zero, zip. A QB who cannot pass? WTF is that?

Special teams a disaster? Hey, Chief, you may have noticed, Ragle is gone.

Who hired him? It's all on him Brother. Every single hire. He could have fired RS but he likes them good ol' boys who keep their mouths shut and do whatever RR wants. I know Ragle is gone hence the past tense....stay with me!

I was in your corner for a while, but perhaps I'm a little slow. Things have changed. Your many detractors are correct: You are really just an attention whore with an ax to grind.
No need to go into detail here. We are all aware. You will obviously continue to post, but because you never offer anything of substance, only bullshit, no, I won't be staying with you.
