Why can't they put a ref in the broadcast booth? Every review they call correctly in 20 seconds.

I get why it should be overturned and why it's not a catch, but why is it a penalty? Why can't it just be out of bound, play is nullified?

Have the refs been this slow with the whistle all game? And Tate is going to have to learn to not lead with his head so much. He won't last the season doing that.
