Ulloa is a 5-11, 194, Junior safety. After a promising Freshman year where he only missed 1 game and played as a reserve safety and on special teams, Chacho only played in the first 2 games last year. He had 5 solo tackles including 1 for a loss against NAU, no stats against UTEP, and then didn't play for the rest of the year. I am not sure if it was for an injury or other reasons.
This year he will be fighting for playing time at our deepest position. Chacho is not likely to be a starter, but could end up a key reserve and likely to play on special teams.
