Far lower than average income and age (median age in my zip is 24.7) and much higher density. All makes sense since almost all of my zip includes basically the entire UA and a big chunk of the off campus area where students live in houses. I wouldn't be surprised if 3/4 the people in my zip were UA and pima students.
