To me, Penelope Cruz is one of the hottest women alive. Upton is hot and has big jubblies, but Cruz is just drop dead sexy, like Salma Hayek. As far as faces, "en la cara dos soles, que sin palabras hablan" - beautiful, much like Hepburn.
