Re: Parking
Which way are you leaving? I find the street parking south of Sixth Street very convenient for quick escape to the south or east.

Re: Parking
I want to get to the 10 as soon as possible to head up north, so I guess I will be heading west from campus. Although, I may have to go east on Speedway for a bit to drop someone off.UAEebs86 wrote:Which way are you leaving? Re: Parking
I almost always park at the garage across from the Marriott at Main Gate Square. Convenient to the bars pregame and a fairly easy escape from the traffic. You do have to be good with walking 2/3 mile to and from though. I like the walk, sobers us up.

Re: Parking
Worried about traffic? Just leave 10 minutes early.
No, but seriously, I always found if you just waited until 10-15 minutes after the final horn had sounded, that people pretty much did a good job of getting out of your way on their own. Let's you rest for a few minutes after the game, go to the bathroom, whatever, then walk to the car and get in and most of the bad traffic is already gone. But then I've not been in person in a while now, so maybe that's changed.

It's long past time to bring this back to the court, let's do it with a small update:

If you really want to avoid traffic, watch the game at the Arcade Tavern.
