AMAZING RECIPE:
In Tucson or Phoenix in mid-June, set a package of Oreos outside in the afternoon. Go back into your air conditioned house and relax. After an hour, retrieve the package of Oreos. Open and enjoy immediately.
80F dew points are miserable! I'm glad I was able to get my new HVAC system installed earlier this month.

Had a few rain/lightning storms far east and west in the past few days but it looks like our monsoons will start Friday!

Still cannot believe this golf mecca hasn't had a legit driving range since Practice Tee. We also need an indoor range

Diverting along the South Rim around the Pipeline fire north of Flagstaff. Floods in MT and drought/wildfire in the SW. Thankfully it's not climate change. It's just god punishing us for gay marriage and abortion and stealing an election and bringing white freedom to its knees.

Speaking of golf mecca's, what do you have like 35 courses within 10 miles?
Might be a very interesting weekend in our state. Talking about hurricane force winds and very heavy rain

At this rate by next year we'll be at dead pool status where there's 0 water going into the river past the Hoover dam and there's 0 power being generated. In 2 years the Colorado river could be completely dried up from Lake Mead all the way to the Gulf of California. Which means Tucson loses 90% of its drinking water.

Been drizzling on the northwest side for several hours now. Cool enough to open the doors and windows.

We were caught in a face-peeling downpour in Old Town Prescott last Friday. We were the lead car at an intersection waiting for a light to change. Water flowing downhill toward us was so voluminous, in waves easily 10"-12" tall, it totally fucked up the visual field and distorted our sense of physical fixity: we couldn't tell if we were moving or not. After the light changed we moved through it pretty much in an hallucinogenic crawl, got to a parking place against the curb and were trapped trying to find a path across the streamcourse rushing downhill parallel to the curb. By the time we finished lunch the streets were damn near dry.
