One other thing, does anyone know if I as a non-resident) can go to a clinic in Tucson and get the J&J vaccine while I'm there? I don't have time for a full course of Pfizer or Moderna, and Saudi has us stuck on one dose of Astra Zeneca (got first dose March 8, Saudi has paused second dose).

Definitely go with a VPN service. You can imagine the level of censorship here in Saudi, so we all use them. I use VyperVpn, they have lots of servers to choose from, have a "chameleon" mode to confuse sites like Netflix who are cracking down on VPNs, and don't cause any slowdown.
