Altman got to the FF in his 7th season at Oregon. That's about the average among coaches who reach the FF. Altman also got to the E8 the year prior. That is a strange story. I don't mind that there is a 6 year difference. But how it got to this point is crazy. Make you ditch your parents. Make you ditch your parents. That is deranged. I wonder if it is because they aren't Mormon? And, the fact that the Utah Jazz picked him up rises an eyebrow. So he is playing deep in Mormon country.
