it doesn't exist. at least not as a mall.

now it's more a shopping "plaza" or whatever they're called where it's just some businesses in a common area. No actual mall though.

I have it on good authority that Rondae is leaving, but not for the NBA. He is leaving to live under the sea, where he intends to hang out with crustaceans and sing reggae songs. I learned this from a seagull who saw Rondae at the beach making preparations.

This seagull has been accurate with previous U of A predictions, as even he laughed his little seagull ass off when Chris Rodgers tested the waters for the NBA draft. Bottom line: I started new prescription medication this weekend.

It isn't the number of years, it's the quality of the years. Rondae had some pretty high quality years.

Rondae is in my top 5.

Dude was really really nervous. He is always a ham in front of a camera and he was kind of tripping over his words and talking fast at the start of that presser. You could genuinely tell this was very hard for him to do. It was the right choice IMO.

that's an interesting way to look at it. I do tend to factor in personality into my lists, but even then, he wouldn't crack my top10. Which kinda sucks, as he's the kind of Cat who definitely coulda been in my top10.

My favorites arent always the best players. Ray Owes and Ben Davis are two guys who are probably among my all-time five to seven favorite wildcats. Sometimes you just like guys.

Got to see the kind of kid Rondae is first hand on several occasions. I'm sure there are many others who have come through the program who were just as charismatic, gracious, and plain nice dudes. He's the geniune article.

Interesting list... Money, Norman, & Fleming were before my time. My first favorite Cat was Robbie Dosty; he is off the list for obvious reasons - very sad how he ended up.

for me his ceiling is iggy.

That's a good comparison too. If he falls outside #20, he goes to a good team, and good teams tend to understand the importance of a high-motor winner. Cleveland would be a great destination. Not a ton of pressure immediately, but a role down the line.

If they could Kawhi Leonard him, I'd be all for it. I think the 20-30 pick range would set Rondae up with a team that appreciates his positives more. Teams that suck frequently do so because they get focused on potential to the expense of solid, hard working guys.

How many people contributed to SA's last title team who don't have huge upside but are hard working, team first guys? That's how you win.
