I want to see some staff changes from RR. Our corners are getting tourched left and right, year in and year out. There is something missing this year and I dont know what it is. This is the year for RR to really evaluate everything and if he wants to get back to the big times, he needs to be willing to make some changes.

Over what thou. Injury plague most of our starters, Questionable Scheme in 3-3-5, Talent Development somewhat isn't lacking, A few player should of been project starter but haven't made a real impact. Regardless of this game, We have to accept the outcome of what going to happen really soon. It look like were not going to be able to win this game but the next 4 games it isn't going to be possible of winning either of them.
