College sports and the professional business world are not the same thing. The lessons learned in the former can certainly be applied to the latter... but having a backbone and standing up for himself with serve Zeus well. I have had a few 'aggressive' bosses over the years, and the ONLY way to earn their respect was to stand up to them when challenged.
