Cal Stevenson and Nate Sweeney both got drafted in the later rounds, so it's possible they don't show up to campus. Cal probably fills in at one of the OF spots if he comes to AZ. Out of all these guys I think Stevenson, Morimoto, Voss, and Martinez contribute the most. I'm sure a couple of the JUCO pitchers will as well.

Not sure whether Cameron comes here or not, but hopeful. The Diamondbacks have signed all but 12 of their picks. I'd think JJ would be able to sell Arizona pretty hard right now. Step in at SS after Boyd? And FWIW, he's been tweeting about Arizona baseball pretty heavily the whole time since he got drafted. Baseball recruiting is worse than football/basketball, but that has to be a good sign right?

Hopefully this year is not as good as it gets. Lopez was/is a hall of fame coach and a lot of these guys were his.

Lots of juco guys in this class which is a necessity given our roster and being year one recruiting wise. Looking forward to the future

C: Salazar/Voss, I think whoever isn't catching is likely the DH
1B: Matejevic or Rivas
2B: Matejevic, Cannon if he doesn't go pro, maybe Lewis
3B: Kyle Lewis
SS: Louis Boyd
LF: Cal Stevenson/Rivas
CF: Jared Oliva
RF: Mitchell Morimoto/Rivas

JC Cloney and Cameron Ming are your Friday/Saturday starters. Tons of options for Sunday starter. I think Cody Deason makes the jump to closer.

Huge news. Quintana should be our starting 2B next year. We owe it to the Red Sox's #1 pick getting a huge contract and Dalbec signing yesterday.

Outside of Jojo Romero and Nate Sweeney all our recruits are expected to show up. We should have a pretty deep team next year.

All six of those guys were drafted but didn't sign. I think we only lost two to the draft (ASU lost six).

I read somewhere that only three of the top 367 or so draft picks didn't sign and Quintana was one of them.

Most of the people Irish included on that list weren't drafted. Sweeney was the only guy he listed who was drafted who did sign. Everybody else will be showing up to campus plus a few guys who were drafted that he didn't list, because he expected them to sign (Nicholas Quintana and Cameron Cannon).
