Interesting situation. You didn't violate any of these rules even if the game doesn't get played this week:

6) Miss a pick either by your pick losing, picking a team not playing, or failing to post a pick you're out.

Not your fault the game got cancelled.

What would have happened if you didn't have a chance to post a replacement because the game was late?
I would say you would still be in, so I'm not sure you have to pick a replacement.

Maybe you can't use Florida again? Or if they are still undefeated when the game is made up you have to pick them?

I would agree with staying in (without a Baylor pick), since Baylor is really the only other option at that time. I think we can pretty safely say Florida would have won, so giving a pass here and not allowing another Florida pick seems fair to me. Especially since Baylor is a good option to have later in the season, so it isn't very fair to have to burn it in week 1.

If I can save my Baylor pick for another week and not be able to take Florida the rest of the year, I would appreciate that. I really don't think Idaho had any chance of winning in The Swamp.

I dunno, seems pretty straight forward. You picked a team that wasn't playing. Guess Mother Nature just didn't want you guys to advance past week 1 this time around.

I'm ok with assuming a Florida win and allowing the posters to continue. However, if the game is made up and Idaho wins you're done.
