DeWayne Russell has played in McKale with NAU as a freshman. From Peoria high school and is averaging over 25 pts/game. CSM said he can create his own shot from just about anywhere on the court.

Perhaps someone in the scheduling office has small children like me. A late tip is perfect to watch the game live. Between dinner, bath, story-time and bedtimes, I hate having to pause or record the game to watch later. Daddy like's his sports live.

As is my understanding, Grand Canyon hopes to get back to non-profit Christian as soon as they can. They went for-profit because the only other alternative was folding.

GCU has semi-revitalized and brought some increased prosperity to that oft-ignored and falling apart area of Phoenix. They really have improved the campus infrastructure which was nearing shithole status in the past. Not all for-profits are built the same, and it seems GCU is at least not predatory DeVry.

The Majerles restaurant in downtown phoenix now is hot garbage. I remember it being huge and one of the few places you could get a good dinner in the 90s downtown though

Nice #fakenews, ESPN. Created a narrative of GCU "going toe to toe" with top programs, aided by a graphic with "Duke 96-91" up top.

Except the score was 96-61. And I think ESPN aired the game. GCU kept it reasonable with Louisville at home and beat a below average SDSU team.

I love what GCU is doing, but their entire narrative seemed built on a fake score
