Chicago twitter is LIT right now.
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?

They lost a ton of defensive back depth, but took several last year.Frybry02 wrote:I'm ok with reddick. Though surprised They didn't take Hooker.
I think the depth is there at the CB and S positions to draft a need and best talent in Reddick in the 1st, increase pass rushing, let Dansby teach him the ways of Middle Linebacker, and use two of your next 4 picks on DBs if you feel it's a true need.
I think they could kick the tires on a veteran as well. Plus Mathieu was looking much more like himself end of last year, so they are almost adding the real him back.
Re: Draft
DB is definitely deep this year. Everything I heard was that The Cards had Hooker rated very high on their board. Reddick must have been higherJMarkJohns wrote:They lost a ton of defensive back depth, but took several last year.Frybry02 wrote:I'm ok with reddick. Though surprised They didn't take Hooker.

Re: Draft
The Cardinals had Reddick ranked in their top-5 prospects, mostly for positional skills and upside, but also versatility of positions. They like positional flexibility. Some might call it positional anarchy. And Reddick addresses two coveted skills at two needed positions. In theory. But upside is definitely there.Frybry02 wrote:DB is definitely deep this year. Grab best available talent in 2nd, then with the 3rd and 5th go DB unless 2nd is a DB. Honestly. Unless someone radically falls on offense, I'd go DB, DL, and OL rest of the way.
Re: Draft
I agree no reason not too. I'm a fan of CB Lewis but it would be awfully tough to pass on OT Robinson or OT Ramczyk if they are there still there.JMarkJohns wrote:The Cardinals had Reddick ranked in their top-5 prospects, mostly for positional skills and upside, but also versatility of positions. There are rumors that the Niners didn't have any other real offers for the 2nd pick but made out like they did to fleece the Bears.

Of course he goes to the Bengals.
Will fit right in with Pac-Man and Burfict.

Re: Draft
Graham and RR lighting the NFL world on fire with their draft picks. 14 in 5 years between the 2 schools. But we're definitely worse. RR has 5 draft picks in 5 years here...and only 2 in the last 3 drafts.
i was going to put the ua/asu records here...but i forgot what they were.
i'll just go with fuck asu.
