Ok, what I was trying to say is that I'm basically 50/50. With most hires, you get a sense of how it will go. This time, I think the odds are essentially even for nice hire vs disaster.

I understood where you were coming from. Still couldn't help myself. I have impulse control issues.

And we are jerks too so that probably doesn't help in conjunction with those impulse control issues.
