Alabama is a lock for the playoff now. Even if they lose to Auburn and don't win their division. An 11-1 bama with their only loss @ a likely top 5 Auburn would cement them in the top 4.

There is some really entertaining football tonight. Notre Dame is in trouble, and Alabama better watch it. They are down in the 4th against a Mississippi State team who came to play.

So after all the hype UW is eliminated from the division race. Wsu controls everyone's destiny next week. Win and they're in the title game and are playing for a new years 6 bowl.

Kyle Wittingham once again being criticized for his late-game decision making. The game was tied and Utah just punted with 24 seconds left. Washington had the ball on their own 28 yard line with no timeouts. First play they run the ball for 2 yards, looks like they're going to overtime and then Utah calls timeout. Washington then completes two passes and they win it on a last-second field goal.

Indeed. If Wisconsin loses to Ohio State next week then I'd almost guarantee that Alabama and the winner of the sec title game both get in.

Things they couldn't say:

1. That stuff about caring about a conference championship for two teams that generally look the same was bullshit.
2. Alabama was worthy: I mean, their best win was against a 3 loss team they beat by 14, a team who lost to Troy. In their second best win they beat Miss St w 25 seconds left.

So yeah when you can't say #1 or #2, gotta grab onto something.

Who's the best team right now? Well, they played Iowa a while ago. Ah, got it.

I'd like it as a fan. I'd rather follow a team to NYC than Shreveport.

That said, the game looks rough. The field has terrible footing and the stands emit large blasts of steam that almost cover the field. It does make you wonder how OSU got blown out by Iowa.
