Machina would like you to know that this is all the fans’ fault.
Of the 12 coaches, Rush picked the one whose fans have the deepest passion, the longest memories, the greatest lung capacity and … did I mention deep passion?
Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
I believe he is a more hands off Coach. Let’s the O and D coordinator to do their thing. That can be great but I don’t think our current staff can handle it. Sumlin probably creating a shirtless of staff to hire this year.Captcarnage wrote:Sumlins gotta be wondering what he got himself into.

This honestly looks like the worst this program has ever looked and the worst D-1 program in the nation.

So are the fans re: SumlinCaptcarnage wrote:Sumlins gotta be wondering what he got himself into.

Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
For some reason my ESPN2 channel is the only channel cutting out on my receiver, which really pisses me off because I don’t get to watch many Arizona games given how late so many come on. But I see Houston is already building a lead so maybe not missing much??

Tate looks 100% off mentally.

The upper deck is empty... how is Houston up by 14 so early with no fans there.... it doesn't make any senseChicat wrote:Machina would like you to know that this is all the fans’ fault.

Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
This offense is atrocious. Jesus Mazzone.
Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
So, should Arizona just give up football? I mean, our offense sucks and our defense sucks.
Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
Never seen five coverage guys just run by the punt returner like that before. Even if he was making the fair catch, we're going too much through the motions here.

I like the bubble screens...spreads out the D. That short yardage should have been Brightwell

Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
If Tate can't go....we turn to Rhett Rod? Ah the gifts RR keeps giving.
Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
11:00AM local start is not helping. Remember the UofA vs Colorado game that started at 11:00AM? The upper deck was pretty much empty.Alieberman wrote:The upper deck is empty... how is Houston up by 14 so early with no fans there.... it doesn't make any senseChicat wrote:Machina would like you to know that this is all the fans’ fault.

Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
The bad news is that we’re getting embarrassed on national television again.
The good news is that I had a lot of shit to get done around the house and now I have loads of free time.

Can we fire Sumlin at halftime?

We are watching the 6th place team in the Pac-12 South.
We may not beat Colorado.

Good to see we're still playing at the Fiesta Bowl level.

What a game!
Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
Even the Stoops Holiday and Alamo Bowls didn't look as bad as this. Mentally the team is just not there.Chicat wrote:The bad news is that we’re getting embarrassed on national television again.

"Unleashed"? More like inexcusable.
Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
This new era is just about dead to me already. Going to half to put up and show me something, anything, to gety me to the stadium again.

Hey guys...think on the bright side, at least everyone is wide-awake to see us suck so badly on national tv against a non-power 5 school.
Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
Never mind, how mercifully my receiver is being to not find ESPN2 signal. Just embarrassing. Down 21 on a uncontested TD.

Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
Arizona Stadium is going to be a freaking ghost town on game days.
This is getting away from Sumlin way to quickly. He may lose the team early.

Pathetic.

How long will Houston's TD drive take here?

Does our secondary have money bet on Houston? So soft.

Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
We should apologize to Houston for not even giving them a warm up for their next game.

Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
Hey, a 3 and out. Too bad it had little to do with what Yates called.
Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
Our D can't pressure the QB if the secondary can't provide three lousy seconds of downfield coverage.
Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
Houston going into NFL Blitz mode-- just drop back and throw as far as you can. No reason not toUAdevil wrote:A 3 and out??? Tha fuck?

Why? Usually it costs Teams 500k+ to schedule these type of games. They are getting it for free.Chicat wrote:We should apologize to Houston for not even giving them a warm up for their next game.

Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
Holy shit, this Houston team is just freaking playing with us. We're like a high school to them.
Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
Throwing deep into sideline double coverage. Not smart, Tate.
Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
KT throwing 10 yrds ahead of receiver.
Re: Game 2, at Houston (2018)
Houston is launching it deep on every play and is there anything our secondary can do about it?
