Wow. The run two plays before was so close, thought it should have been reviewed.

And UA is tops in the Pac12 South and has a victory over the top team in the North Division. Not too shabby.

Yet, Alabama pulls a face mask RIGHT IN FRONT of a ref, and returns a TD off a fumble.

That was flat terrible.

Stanford physically beat up Wazzu. Wazzu is fortunate that they have a bye week coming up. Still say that Utah having to play at Stanford the week after they play Oregon and the week before they play us is a brutal stretch.

Not watching the game here, but was peaking in on it now and then with espn's game tracker....why did furd score that late TD inside the 10 yard line with under 2 minutes....why not just victory formation it?

up 10 points, not like they were going to lose, why go up 17?

Because they need to show folks that they can score - that was all about style points. That and if you had Furd and -16.5 you covered. Even at 17 if you bought the ticket in Vegas you got a push which is also nice. Sucked for Wazzu fan all the way around because if Stanford does what you said, Wazzu covers the spread - instead you just got kicked in the nuts.

Good coaches win, great coaches cover the spread.

We really want Oregon to beat UCLA. UCLA with 2 losses half way through the season is a beautiful thing.
