I would say our "bend but don't break" defensive scheme is fucking broken when we give up 28 points in the first 18 minutes of the game.

dont play zone. it's not going to work against wsu. not with our team.

Hard not to like Wazzu and Minshew. Hope he goes to NY for the Heisman. You can see how good Leach's offense can be when he has a cerebral QB who understands it

Well, Minshew definitely deserves to be in New York as a Heisman finalist, looks like we're doing our best to help him out. Don't know how guys can be so wide open in the end zone but then again, our defense sucks.

I have no issue with the fact that WSU's receivers are gashing our DB's

I have no issue with the fact that we have the slowest secondary in the PAC12 (for the 4th or 5th year in a row). Thats the
result of multiple shitty recruiting ckasses due largely to the fact that a good chunk of RRods defensive staff would not leave the city of Tucson to recruit.

What I cannot accept is the fact that we are the most penalized team in the entire PAC12. That is the result of:

1) Crappy coaching
2) A completely undisciplined team (see #1)

The single biggest issue that I will be judging Sumlin on in 2019 will be whether we cut out the penalties (improved recruiting will be a close 2nd)
