Who's idea was it to go in the bag in the fourth quarter and take the air out of our offense. Looked to me like it was Mazzone. Tate seemed quite pained at the plays Mazzone was sending in. ASU hadn't stopped us all night and we go in the bag. Holy crap!!

Just got back to Mesa from the "Debacle in the Desert".
Two words: Prevent Defense
The second Yates/Sumlin (whomever made the decision) to go to a 3 man rush (sometimes it was 2!) we were doomed.
The only thing the Prevent Defense does is prevent you from winning.
No doubt the two turnovers were killers.........but the prevent defense was the nail in the coffin. It was a hell of a depressing walk down
the west ramp at AZ Stadium. I hope that Yates finds alternative employment in the offseason.
