it's going to take years (as in minimum of 4-5) of good to great recruiting just to get us back to a talent/depth level where we can beat the "bad" teams on talent alone.
until then, we have to out coach out scheme and out effort the other teams to win.
And we're not doing either under him so far
i was going to put the ua/asu records here...but i forgot what they were.
Just can’t wait to hear Sumlin’s bullshit press conference. Let’s see Mr Excitement explain the giant turd away to us fans

We the fans have spoken in trying to hold them accountable. Attendance is terrible and will be 9/7
Rushing TD to put Hawaii up 14, right through the line.
Will the welfare queens that are our coaches even attempt to respond?
Looks like the late Vegas money was onto something. Take Hawaii and the over.

This is the third game I watched today. Arizona is the only team that has no desire to be out there. It really seems that each player is going through the motions. I think it’s a HC, OC, and DC problem.

but.
I think it's pretty clear that the Tate of 2017 was an amazing flash in the pan that we're never going to see again.
He's closer to the 2018 version than he is the 2017 version.
Captain Obvious . . . is that you?
Yeah, he’s a dud as a QB.
well after reading about how he's back to being healthy, last year was so many injuries etc, I'll admit to being ever-so-slightly hopeful that he would be closer to the 2017 tate.
He's just too skittish, not accurate enough, and doesnt have the running ability he had in 2017 to offset that.
It's long past time to bring this back to the court, let's do it with a small update:

When those three are just there for a paycheck, that attitude inevitably infects the players.

He has shown no ability to learn from mistakes nor any improvement in fundamentals of any kind. The health is incidental. Oh well.
5 turnovers and I still don't feel good about our chances.

Looks like a turnover, turns out we roughed the passer.
That pretty much sums up Arizona Football.

It's a fun new game we can play. How many INT will the opponent give us while still managing to beat us?
